I love it here ! Management is very friendly and maintenance is great, they get back to us really fast and fix any problem same - following day. The environment is beautiful and I see a lot of families here The apartment we have is spacious and I love our double closets

Update! We finally got the rest of our deposit back after 5-6 years. GREEDY. MONEY HUNGRY. DISHONEST Not worth any star rating. Our deposit was $1680. We got back $700. We moved out a few days earlier so that we have extra days to clean. Just received the list of work being done and wow they really do throw in a whole bunch of fees for the most ridiculous things ever and whatever they can think of to add on. Just got charged for a few leaves laying on the patio, like seriously? We cannot control the wind from bringing leaves onto the patio while we no longer live there. And supposedly the drawers and cabinets have crumbs? There is no possible way when I use liners that covers from edge to edge to about an inch above. I also did a wiped down after removing the liners too. And only dishes are kept in the cabinets so where did the crumbs come from? The oven.. we sprayed overnight and wiped down the next day, inside and out but according to the fees it was not clean? Oil splatters and stains? We also got charged for cracks on the kitchen floor that was already there before we moved in. That was noted on the form during walk through but they charged us any ways. And of course the list goes on.. fees and more fees. One advice for future residents; please make sure to record everything especially the walk through and take lots of before and after pictures with dates and details. It was a bad and stressful experience for us and our kids.

The management here is absolutely amazing. From the second we walked into the leasing office we felt welcomed. Thanks to Rusty!! He gave us a fantastic tour, answered tons of questions & showed different units because I had no idea what I wanted but Rusty was super helpful! My husband and I got approved for our very first apartment and every step of the way management has been amazing walking us first timers through each step. Each time we walk into the leasing office we are greeted with smiles and management ready to assist. I am so proud to be a resident with staff who genuinely cares.

5 star experience so far. Rusty and the office went above and beyond to help us when we came to them with some unconventional needs throughout the approval process. We had a few minor maintenance needs within the week of moving in and both times maintenance came within a few hours and we're very quick and professional. Will update this review if anything changes.
