4 stars because of the employee MIGUEL. MIGUEL went above and beyond and I appreciate his patience and compassion. He helped make my son's birthday experience and memory a wonderful one for my child and myself. I would have said 2 's because no tickets came out of the machines today APRIL 5TH in the evening. And after swiping the INJUSTICE ARCADE GAME, the machine failed and my child didn't get the play. The OMNI ARENA is definitely the STAR in this building as well as THE HALO TWO PLAYER ARCADE GAME: 10 CREDITS PER PERSON. Besides the misinformation with the OMNI ARENA, employees stating that the entire PLAY would last 20 minutes, the manager IVAN tried to make up for this by adding a 7 dollar credit to my son's arcade time. Good attitudes always with PARENTS over and I hope this place can train their staff on this. The OMNI ARENA is actually 8-12 minutes to EXPERIENCE & PLAY for $10.

It has gone waaaay downhill since they started serving hard alcohol at a kids place! A drunk lady bumped into our table after I had just set our pizza down, it feel on the ground. They said it wasnt their problem and refused to make us another one!!! Uuuh, its your problem b/c your the ones letting her get drunk at a kids place! Then she started a fight all drunk. They could have at least asked her to leave or stopped serving when she was drunk. Half the people in there had face tattoos. Just really gone downhill w/ the hard alcohol and doesnt seem safe for the kids anymore and its a kids place.

5 stars with some suggestions By far the best place for Laser Tag anywhere ever. Buy the membership for $40 a month even if you're only going once. You can get 4 games of laser tag daily (fun workout) on weekends and unlimited games on weekdays (only relevant on Friday). Please never change the price it's good business But I have 2 suggestions for laser tag after coming like 100+ times - important, please fix the headband sensors. From playing recently I'd guess somewhere around 1/3-1/2 of the head sensors don't work. Maybe it's a sync issue, IDK how it works but you gotta try to fix it. Gun sensor almost always works, but head sensor is very inconsistent. Makes the experience worse for everybody when you have an invincible kid running around getting 70 kills because his sensor doesn't work. -Don't allow Killstreaks to contribute to other Killstreaks, because it leads to extreme snowball effect. I dont remember specific numbers but For example, if I get something like 8 kills without getting eliminated I get a Mortar strike killstreak. If I get 4-5 kills with that mortar strike (totally random), I get an airstrike or a helicopter. Snowball effect continues and you get a nuke. This happens a lot in conjunction with the previous issue. Sometimes I end up getting a head sensor that doesn't register the other team's shots and score like 140-2. It's really funny but I'm sure it's very annoying on the receiving end. Or maybe just limit killstreaks to ones that the player can control. Also PLEASE change your music playlist you guys have been playing the exact same EDM mix for like 3 years its getting annoying lol

Beware if you have young children! Older kids (10-16) get dropped off in packs and are left unsupervised to get into trouble. A teen girl intentionally rammed into my toddler stating Oh well, I told him to move, while laughing as he screamed. She hit him so hard at the ankles that he flew up and landed straight on his head. We we watching him closely, see everything happen, and were basically told they believed the kids over us. We soon found out that she was with a large group of kids who had been dumped there by their families. When we told staff what had happened, they asked the kids she was with and told us it was a he said, she said issue The employee was laughing as he radioed the supervisor- while my son was in front of him sobbing with a lump on his head and after the girl had laughing told him oh well, I told him to move. Disgusting by staff and Im sure that girl has a bright future They then let them all go back into the play area with multiple other small children after knowing they were there without parental supervision! Clearly a safety and a policy violation- not to mention illegal. 30 minutes later an adult finally shows up demanding a refund and they were catering to her! As we left, the SAME group of unsupervised kids who had been let back into the course had gotten into ANOTHER issue (big shock) with a different group and guess what? They allll stood up for each other and denied it being their fault again. At this point it was clear that staff was either too young, too incompetent, or too untrained to make this place safe for kids. Staff should have handled this SO much differently, at the very least, they should have pulled them out until they knew what was going on and certainly shouldnt have let them back out to hurt other kids. I also got the feeling the kids were from friends of theirs or another staff member b/c it was handled SO poorly and by the supervisors lack of surprise or concern, it seems like it happens a lot. Good luck if you have kids under 10 in there! Actually, the other kids they ganged up on were the same age, so good luck with any age kids there b/c staff will do nothing!
