Grafted Cellars is a breath of fresh air! The wine is so good, the food is tasty and the service is always 100%. We come here every week and it's absolutely a highlight of the area for us. They just put out their new candy flight and the pairings are just spot on! You can even use it as your complimentary membership flight with no extra charge... class act Grafted. Excited for the truffle flight around Valentines week!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL RUN YOUR CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION! I was just billed for a third time in 40 days for a monthly membership, even after cancelling my membership when I was billed twice within 10 days! See my original post bellow. These people are crooks. Please review Grafteds response as well. Their defense is that I used the discounts that I paid for. Original Post: I got my wife the monthly club option for her birthday. I was billed for the month on the 20th and then again on the 1st. I called explaining that the billing cycle is not indicated online and expected a month of tasting options for every month I pay for. I was told that the billing was fair because I got my moneys worth given the bottle I picked up and the single tasting. Does it make sense that when billed for a monthly membership I should expect what the membership offers for an entire month? This includes a weekly tasting (roughly four weeks) a free bottle and discounts for about thirty days. Given that I was billed for another month after only ten days, I had missed three tasting opportunities and three weeks of discounts. I explained that the month should have been prorated given the lack of information online. I was given multiple excuses. As a former food and beverage manager myself, I would have simply told the customer they could double up for three weeks. Seems they were more interested in keeping the $48 instead of the potential hundreds of dollars and a satisfied customer. Anyway, my wife suggested I simply cancel her membership and will with weekly visits to packing house wines. The manager response to my review cites the savings I took advantage of for the 10 days of membership. I dont see how that matters given that I paid for the privilege to save on purchases. She states that I picked up a free bottle, well, yeah, I paid for the membership. My point is that I paid to have said advantages for a month, but only had them for nine days. The discount is part of what you pay for. So if I go in all month and racked up hundreds of dollars in discounts due to a membership I paid for, I dont see how that makes a difference. Part of what one pays for with a membership, is the option to use their discounts for a month. That is $45 for the monthnot ten days! I hope basic reasoning will be employed by anyone who reads our exchange. I hope no one ever has an issue there, if so, prepare for rationalizations. I paid for a monthly membership, but only got ten days. Response will be, well you got plenty of discounts within those ten days that amounted to more than your monthly membership. Yeah, but I still only got ten days when I paid for a month. Sorry our server didnt tell you you would be billed for the full amount. You get one glass with five options for tasting. Response, you get a carafe of water. Apparently customers should rinse their glasses and then find a planter to spit in to. No accountability. Update: I ended up feeling bad cause I canceled my wifes club membership and decided not to go with the shipment plan we had discussed. So, we went to the central coast and hit ten wineries in four days. Went with the two shipment membership at Tablas Creek. Do you like wine? Do you want twelve bottles of fine wines shipped to your door this year? Close this page and google Tablas Creek in Paso Robles. Shale Oak and Laventure are also amazing. Youre welcome!

Ambiance is nice. Customer service not so good. Took way too long for bread, place was dead around 9 but server said the reason we were ignored is because they were "busy" then the attitude. Wont be back. Damn shame.
