Thank you Darlene for getting out house sold so quickly. We were moving out of the state due to a job relocation and needed our house sold as quickly as possible. When we hired Darlene we let her know that we needed to get rid of the house as fast as she could possibly manage. She definitely heard us because we had offers coming in almost immediately. Darlene Martinez is the best realtor we could have hired. She did everything she could to make sure that our house sold and sold for the highest possible price. She had someone come in and do professional photography of our home to make sure it looked beautiful in all of the listings. I couldnt believe how quickly someone came in with an offer and it was well above our asking price. I am so grateful to Darlene. She is amazing. I had a different realtor helping me sell my home at first and unfortunately, they just weren't very good. Despite it being a sellers market right now the realtor I had previously just couldn't get my house sold. I was frusterated and decided it was time to go another route. I was recommended to Darlene by a friend who recently sold her house with her and had great results. Darlene came in and was able to turn the whole situation around. She was so creative in the way she staged the house to make it appealing to customers. She also had professional photographers come in and photograph the space. I couldn't believe how quickly she was able to get the house to sell and I ended up getting well beyond asking price with her help. I would definitely work with her again.
