Recently, we successfully purchased a condo next to UCR for our daughter who attended there. Big thanks to Stacie Crumbaker, our new realtor who makes the transaction flew quick and smooth. Since we are not familiar with the new community, she helped us to contact HOA to solve couple minor issues. Moreover, Stacie referred us a contractor who can help us to fix up the place. Frankly, purchase that property is just a first step to build new relationship with a new realtor we just met and worked with. We are so happy to work with Stacie and looking forward to work again with her.

Pros: Everything Cons: Literally none My husband and I sold our place in Claremont to move to a new construction in the same town. Stacie not only found us a buyer willing to pay above asking, she advocated for us every step of the way when it came to purchasing our new home. She is the best connected person in the area and activates her entire network on your behalf. I am so grateful to her and so relieved we had her by our side through this process.

I met Stacie after I left my original real estate agent. I needed someone that was local to the area and could get us in our dream home. I gave Stacies extremely knowledgeable on the real estate market and especially the Foothills (Ranch Cucamonga, Claremont, Upland, Glendora, San Dimas, etc). One of the biggest perks of having Stacie as an agent is that she knows all of the listing agents in the area. I mean all of them! Thats big because with all the bidding wars happening now, you wont have much of a chance to get your foot in the door unless your agent is well known and respected. Stacie is 3rd generation realtor in her family (The Costantino Group). Everyone knows them since theyve basically been the go to realtors since the 1980s for the foothills. Stacie and her team were great. The last time I bought a house was 20 years ago and a lot has changed. We found Stacie through a referral and Im glad that we trusted that recommendation. Stacie has outstanding communication skills and will keep you on task with everything from looking at homes to submitting offers to signing documents for the purchase of your new home. Shes not a send-it-and-forget-it person, shes a follow-up and follow-through person. We visited a lot of homes before we found the one for us. There were a lot of moving parts with our transaction and Stacie never got frustrated with us, she kept us and the process moving and we closed on time. Ive heard a lot of unfortunate stories from people who used a friend of a friend or the family member of an in-law. Dont do it. Buying a home is business.
