SoCal Fitness and Massage Therapy

I came to SoCal Fitness with shoulder pain caused by overuse. I had two full treatments and went home with techniques and exercises to to alleviate my pain. Today my shoulder is pain free and stronger than when I first came for treatment. I can't recommend Marcella's professionalism and thoroughness highly enough to anyone suffering pain. I also won't hesitate to return should I need more or other treatments.

Marcella is a miracle worker! I threw my back out at work and could barely get up on my own. After two sessions with Marcella, Im almost back 100% in less than a week. Highly recommend!

Definitely comes highly (5 ) recommended!! If youre looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate Massage Therapist who knows how to get to the root cause, Marcella is your girl! She took my 6/10 back pain to only 1/10 after my first visit! She can pin point areas of your body that need the most focus and delivers great work to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. No joke, I highly recommend her to everyone who is looking for sports/therapeutic specific body work. Thank you Marcella for all you do!
