      image They disconnected our phone services on a busy day so no patients were able to call or schedule appointments because of an overdue payment, when we sent the check to them a month ago and the lady on the phone said they haven't checked their P.O. box IN OVER A MONTH and when asked how much we paid we told her and she said we were overpaying??? But our services are still disconnected??? BECAUSE THEY HAVEN'T CHECKED THEIR P.O. BOX IN OVER A MONTH??? Bunch of buffoons. Now they're checking to see if they can reinstate our services, not that they will right now, the level of gross incompetence is quite impressive.
