Claremont Escrow

Nothing good to say about this escrow company. If you have a choice to go with another escrow company other than Claremont Escrow. I would highly suggest you do so, lack of communication and lack of support to the seller...be wary**Update to respond to the comment from Claremont Escrow** My original review was deleted because I mentioned the other parties you worked with on the transaction and were called out.  This review needed to be about my experience with Claremont escrow; which it now is; not them....if only they had their own yelp page.  My review stands; your company has poor communication and no support to the seller...I would recommend a different escrow company every time.

In Real Estate Customer Experience is so important, and Claremont Escrow delivers every time. We only use Claremont Escrow because of their consistent customer experience which has been exceptional. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a great escrow company.

Didn't choose to work with this company for my real estate transaction, don't think I'd choose to work with them again. Customer service was not great, the pricing on certain fees kept changing, the process was rushed and not explained well, I was given incorrect instructions for a document. But the transaction was quick. They're probably better for experienced people, maybe not first time sellers or buyers.

Diana Delgadillo , my escrow officer was very communicative in the transaction of me selling one of my houses. As I told her, she was the easiest part of the process. I could always count her communication being prompt and informative, she even helped me out on some of the paperwork I did not understand.Thanks so much.
