        The only reason I attempted to contact this company was because they advertised same day alterations. Not only do they not provide same day work they are also rude when even asking about the advertised service. Glad you are doing so well that you turn away new customers. Please take down your same day service for alterations. It is a lie.

        Ive had alterations done here for the last few years and the work is always so good, I wont go anywhere else. Ani is excellent and her alterations are clean and consistent every time. I highly recommend this Kona location!

      Hello Joshua, I am sorry that you are unhappy with our services and our timeline. We definitely do not offer same day service on alterations or any other of our services. If our seamstress can do the work on the spot, she accepts but if she can't due to the workload that exists, we have due dates depending on that existing work load. If you like, please let us know where you saw that advertisement as that information needs to be remedied- we have never advertised this service as same day. Thank you!
