Courtyard Dentistry: David Seccombe, DDS

Since my daughter introduced me to Dr. Seccombe I have been relying on him to take care of any problems that arise with my teeth. He and his staff make every visit a positive experience whether I am just having my teeth checked or am getting a crown. I travel from the state of Washington to see him.

Spent $300 on an exam and was told that the cleaning would be $1400 with no other options, so the $300 is wasted and I had to find another dentist and pay for another exam because no dentist will take the results from anothers exam. The other dentist charged me $180 for the cleaning and $80 for the exam for comparison. My husband called and asked if they were sure there was no other options and the person on the phone asked Are you calling about Destiny without him saying who he was calling about, then she immediately told him about the specifics of my entire exam over the phone without my permission or confirming he even knew me. Illegal. I dont even know why the phone person has access to my exam let alone thinks they can share it with a random person on the phone. The actual exam was great the dentist and the hygienist are wonderful, patient, and empathetic. This just isnt the place for you if you dont have insurance. If it werent for the lack of privacy I would probably still rate them 4/5 since its just a pricing transparency issue.

Dr. Seccombe and his team have a perfect model for what dentistry looks and feels like. I have had the pleasure of being a patient for over 20 years. I do enjoy my visits, cavities or not. I can trust that any issue that arises is given prompt and proper care, and I have never had an issue with any dental work. He is also an artist, so rest assured that the result will be beautiful. Recently, I had a crown procedure and I can say the process was smooth and the result is impeccable. It was also made in house at Dr. Seccombes!

Thank you for making coming to the dentist not scary. Exceptional service from the moment I walked into the office, during the X-rays to teeth cleaning-my teeth got 5 star care from Dr. Seccombe and hygienist Amanda!

Id never say that I love a trip to the dentist. But with that said, Dr Seccombe and his staff make a necessary trip to the dentist as pleasant of an experience as I could imagine one being. They are straightforward, kind, and I know they have my best interest in mind when they advise. Its hard for me to find a good dentist, here I have :)
