Anderson Carpet Service

Anderson Carpets was used for carpet inspection service by our apartment complex Monte Vista Apartments in La Verne (owned by a large company MG Properties) when we moved out of our apartment.  We had a dog in an apartment that we leased for about 14 months.  He was never allowed in the bedroom, so when we moved out we were shocked to see that Anderson carpets gave an unsigned, non-letterhead form letter to our apartment complex that stated "The carpets are stained and saturated with pet urine and can't be cleaned".  Completely impossible for this to be true.  I laid on that floor numerous times and could not detect any odor.  I'm almost sure that Anderson Carpets either never visited the apartment and just sent the letter over OR they lie intentionally to get the business from the apartment complex.We asked the apartment complex to be present for this inspection but we were not allowed to attend this inspection.Be wary of the business practices of Anderson Carpets.  Tom Anderson if you want to make this right, you need to retract your inspection and inform MG Properties that you made a mistake.The Ludwigs(302)-494-0644
