Customer service is absolutely terrible. I actually had another company from Atlanta give me all the help i needed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RBA PHOTO BOOTHS

Not overly impressed with the service of this company. I had to call them to confirm they received my money transfer. They didn't send any document saying thank you for your purchase or that your money has been received. Another two weeks pass and I still didn't receive the booth and had to call again. Then I received the wrong booth. I ordered white and got black. I emailed them and never heard back....its been a few months now. Now that I have a problem with the flash ring from them not working, I emailed them at their "24 hour" support line....still waiting to hear from them. The booth is well manufactured but the support is awful.

RBA offers a one year free service to help you get started on your booth and products that you purchase from them. I bought a package for about $8000. Ive had my photo booth for about a year now. RBA is awful when it comes to communication. They have horrible knowledge about their own equipments. On top of that, they do not follow up with solutions. Every single time I contacted them about an Issue, it has always been This is the first time were encountering this, youre on your own or Theres nothing we can do about it and even Theres not an option like that. Well you know what, Ive found solutions on my own, the same solution they failed to resolve. Ive learned the product and equipment on my own, and on top of that, If I could, I would refund my entire package and look for another company or program that does actually know about their own equipments and software. RBA requires you to setup an appointment with them when you want to learn about softwares like Darkroom. Ive schedule about 4 appointments with them, only 1 session was held and the other 3 sessions no one bothered to show. The representative stated that it was my job to send them the teamviewer code and contact her when I was ready. I texted her in the morning, she responded yes to the time, I texted her 1 hour before she responded, but when the time came, no response till an hour later after bailing on me 3 times already. RBA has showed me that they are VERY unprofessional and lack fundamental knowledge of their own equipment and software. Oh and the KeyBoard and mouse is not compatible with the monitor given, the Backdrop stand is absolutely not stable. The backdrop stand was a waste of money for the package.
