Two weeks ago, I ordered and received a stunning china hutch and buffet. This exact same piece was listed on Wayfair for more than double the price. The delivery people asked me to have someone available to help them because my piece was so heavy, so I hired a day-worker. My new piece of furniture was even more beautiful than I had hoped for, and the delivery went smoothly. There is a scratch in the upper middle portion of glass and both the delivery person and I took pictures of it. I emailed Bulkea with the photo, and they emailed back that they needed 3 other photos with exact specification, which I sent back immediately. They were to get a hold of the manufacturer and get back to me - which they never did. You know what? I don't care. I love my hutch buffet so much, I wouldn't let them take it back even if they offered. This week I ordered a vanity table with mirror and stool. Again, it was priced around 1/2 of what other sites are quoting. It arrived today and was delivered and set up exactly as promised. I tried to return email Bulkea to thank them for their great product and service, but their the emails (I tried 3 different times) bounced back to me, saying there they were undeliverable. How odd. They may lack in customer service communications, but the furniture that I received was high quality and priced very well. Here's a picture of my new vanity.
