Kate Wilson was great to work with. This was my first experience with needing transport for a new vehicle. Kate walked me through the process and kept me informed from start to finish. She worked diligently to find transport from Pennsylvania to my home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I highly recommend using Beverly Wheels Transport!

No Customer service skills. Picked vehicle up weeks late. When contacted, given every excuse. Rate initially quoted was less than the rest, but in the end they raised their rate to an amount that was higher than the rest. Then delivered the vehicle without notice with damages. They claimed that the vehicle was received that way. But even the pictures that they had didn't show the damage that it had when it was delivered. The mirror was actually missing when delivered. The person who delivered was rude and didn't speak English. I was forced to call the police due to the drivers attitude and actions. Was advised by owner that they don't prepare reports at pickup unless the person sending requests. Pictures from pickup don't match the condition delivered. Very very poor service. In the picture, no the mirror isn't tinted. The glass is completely out!! Service was pitiful. I would do -1 stars, but it wouldn't allow me to. ............. ....................................... The reply shows exactly what type of Customer Service is given and company it is.... lol

Do not hire this company to move your car. Despite contacting this company over a month in advance the proprietor did not inform me what time a carrier would be coming until the day of pickup. She had told me I would find out 1-2 days before but received no contact from a driver. She informed me that the truck would be there in 5 hours it never arrived. I was then told it would be there the next morning it did not arrive again. During this entire process I called, emailed and texted Beverly wheels transport and received no timely answer. She did not answer the phone, call me back or respond to my messages until hours later. This companies customer service is terrible I understand that there are circumstances where a truck would be cancelled but her lack of contact with the customer and outright ignoring me requesting information is unacceptable for a reputable business. I honestly dont know if she actually moves cars or if this was just a really bad scam as I paid her no money just lost time investment.
