Be careful with Juli. Juli was feverishly excited to sell us any house we looked at as long as we gave it a score over 5 on her scale out of 10. Despite our FHA loan, the first house Juli brought us into escrow with was being sold as is with structural problems, rot, electrical fire hazards, and more. Without knowing better we fell for Juli's enthusiasm and entered escrow. This was a massive mistake on her part. After nearly a month of escrow the seller pulled out because they would not perform repairs to meet the FHA Standards which Juli was well aware of. At the time this discouraged us heavily as first time buyers. This was our first red flag with Juli but due to a mixture of her friendliness, enthusiasm, and excuses we decided to enter the market for a house again with Juli as our agent She definitely got my Fianc and I house but her chosen inspector which she even paid for missed multiple very serious issues with our home. These issues were out in the open and very obviously covered up to hide bad work and water damage. As first time home buyers we brought this up to Juli who brought our disappointment even further. She referred to the missing water and gas piping as a "Honey to-do list" despite knowing we are not tradesmen and I have a bad back. She was very intermittent with communication and the second our house was sold and we realized what was wrong with it she began to ignore us. We are now thousands of dollars deep in home repairs. We are now speaking with and attorney to explore our next steps.
