Cara booked my business for one of her real estate block parties, paid a small non refundable security deposit to reserve the date, then the city told her she couldn't get a permit for her event one week before her event date, so she contacted my coordinator to get a refund and to cancel it, and my coordinator told her the deposit is nonrefundable and it says so in the contract that you signed, however, the owner will credit you your deposit towards a future event.  That wasn't good enough for her and then she wrote a nasty Google review and slammed me over holding up my end of the contract.  I wouldn't trust her!  You'd think as a real estate agent she would read contracts, understand them, and respect them.  It seems like the only reviews she leaves are rants about how unhappy of a person she is.

We used Cara to sell my grandma's home after she passed. Of course this was an emotional time and there were so many things we didn't know about selling a home. Cara was patient and communicated very well. I really appreciated how she gave us her opinion along with a few options to chose from. She helped us see the things that most needed to be done to the home in order for it to be appealing and sell quickly. I felt she was very open and honest throughout the entire process. The home ended up selling in 48 hours with multiple offers!!! Thank you Cara for your hard work! I recommend you to everyone I know.

I met her at an open house for a place I had no intention of buying. Cara was so knowledgeable and got things kicked off on my journey to being a first-time home buyer. She kept in constant communication the whole way through and really went to bat for my me and my wife. We just closed escrow on a home thanks to her recommendation of a mortgage company. Truly someone you want in your corner. Go witch Cara and you won't be steered wrong.

My fiancé and I Just recently chose Cara to help us find our first home we had a ton of demands. Cara was so patient and really knew exactly what we wanted and didn't want to waste our time.
