Laura was our buyer's agent when we were looking to buy our first home. My first time purchasing property was terrific. Laura has provided professional knowledge in every steps going through. She also has high skillset understanding situation rapidly and knows how to effectively use her negotiation experience to successfully purchased a property within my budget limitation. Laura understands the trend of the market as well as the current market value. She is a professional relator who will walk you through each steps and explain what are your options. I would had offered a high price but glad I had took Laura’s opinion and saved money for interior. Laura focus on the issue and will provide all available solutions by researching and coordination. She had setup a good milestone plan where I was able to close my house with in 30days. She is the best realtor to work with.
