Citrus Heights Saw & Mower

Just picked my mower up and got it to the house. Started easily on the first pull. The two guys who helped me one guy when I dropped it off and a different guy when I just got it were friendly, answered my questions, and helped me get the mower out of and into my van. I really appreciate that help. They always have lots of customers. Everyone knows this is the place to go!

I called and asked how long for a service on a just under one-year old Honda lawnmower. I just wanted to get the oil changed per Hondas owners manual. I figured if I was having that done I should get the blade sharpened, filters changed, the basic tune-up. The guy said 4 or 5 days since it was running and didnt need any repairs. I brought it in the next day. The guy writing me up said 3 weeks! When I told him what I was told over the phone the day before, he wrote it up to be done in one week. That was two days ago; they still havent even started working on my lawnmower!! They just dont care because they dont have much competition and have more than enough business. Its too bad they dont care about a homeowner who needs to mow the yard and will have a jungle by the time they return the lawnmower. Why not accept appointments? It doesnt matter the quality of the work the mechanics do if you cant ever get your equipment repaired.

This is a great store for the yard/ outdoor worker!! They are not servicing Craftsman equipment, like wood cheapers!!
