Farmers Insurance - Scott Gelbke

Scott Gelbke bought out the Farmers Agency that I had been a long standing customer so I never met Scott in person.  When I gave Scott my change of address and new email it somehow never got to Farmers.  Farmers sent me a letter stating they were going to cancel my policy if a home inspection was not completed.  This was an error not due to me, and Farmer's was never able to get the home inspection done even after several months. Scott did not go to bat for me and correct the problem.  In the end, just before the deadline I had to secure new home insurance because if you let your home insurance be canceled on you, it is harder to secure new home insurance.  I had been a valued and happy customer for over 20 years.  This was negligence of a high order and Scott was not willing to take the proper action to not have this happen.

Having Scott Gelbke as my Farmers insurance agent is hands down one of the best decisions Ive made. Scott has treated me like family from day 1. He is a wealth of knowledge both professionally as well as personally. He is available to me whenever I have questions and is just an absolute pleasure to be around. Im so grateful for Scotts help and friendship throughout the years. You wont find a better person or agent than Scott! He is the reason I remain with Farmers. Highly recommend!

Scott is an honest and trustworthy person to work with. Always super responsive and knowledgeable making sure you and your family are appropriately covered. I wouldnt hesitate to use Scott for all of your insurance needs.
