Poor and lazy service. Management is incompetent, the food is always undercooked, and the employees are rude, often swearing when they think nobody is around. Bathrooms and lobby are always dirty, and trash is never taken care of. Often see employees standing around and talking instead of helping customers. Ordered online once; food was soggy and cold. The worst Raising Canes in California!
