        Ana is amazing! My daughter is autistic and she has been doing private lessons with Ana. Ana is kind, patient and understanding with my daughter. My daughter did dance from Kindergarten to 8th grade. She was not diagnosed autistic until 8th grade so she had some trauma in doing dance all those years. Ana is working with her to get her through this. Ana has also worked with other autistic kids and teens. I can't say enough good things about Ana and her studio!

        We love this dance studio! Ana Maria is an awesome instructor and combines deep knowledge of dance with fun freestyle which allows my child to be creative and learn about choreography. Ana Maria is super sweet, kind, patient and high energy while teaching the youth classes. Highly recommend this studio if youre looking for dance classes.

      Amped Studios is a 2,900 sq. foot studio space, located in the beautiful community of Citrus Heights. Our spacious studio includes 3 dance floors, a kitchen, private music room, 10ft. tall mirrors, storage cubes, state- of – the art audio system, stage lighting, ballet barres, and plenty of room to dance! We offer group and private lessons in a diverse array of styles, fitness modalities, and personal training programs which can be customized to fit your specific needs. Be on the look out for our special events supporting performing artists throughout our community!
