Way too price first of all and and when I was offered the credit card at the register when I was ready to pay for my products the girl offered me a credit card I told her and she proceeded to go along with the credit card application not informing me that my purchase of the day would go on to the credit card which I did not authorize nor did the girl put them my name right on the card somehow she had put it on my maiden name which I have been under a married name for over20 yr nor did I authorize any kind of purchase with the cared I did to apply but did not authorized the purchase that you put on the by the time I was done and taking so long I juI will never purchase from them

Every employee in this store yesterday was not kind. Especially to my husband and brother who were with me and my sister in law. They were Offered zero assistance and actually they had asked for it in regards to the mens cologne. My husband was wearing a combat veteran hat and we both felt like he was completely ignored because of that fact. This ulta needs to be better. How about when men come in, you offer more assistance instead of being rude and walking away after a question is asked? The manager and branch owner should be very ashamed of how a Hispanic disabled veteran was treated here.

ULTA is always my go to for make up and most hair care and they usually have really good sales and gift sets if you look for them. The variety is unmatched. Curbside pick up is extremely quick and sales associates know what theyre talking about and spend time with you if you need them too. Their points system pays off well!! Its always a nice surprise when you go to pay and your whole ULTA haul is paid for by points! Today I got Redken shampoo, conditioner, leave in spray, 5 face masks by Peter Thomas Roth, Its a 10 leave in spray, hair ties and a tinted moisturizer for $77 total.
