We signed a contract with Synergy Home Improvement in January 2022, they installed solar panels on our roof in February 2022, but they didnt connect them, so they are unusable. We paid almost $41,000 to Synergy. We have been paying a monthly loan repayment AND our monthly PG&E bill since the panels are not usable. Synergy has not completed the project to this day (4/20/23). We are still unable to use the solar panels that were installed on our roof in February 2022. In February of 2023, Synergy asked for $4,000 more from us to complete the project.

Beware!!! Synergy Home Improvement doesn't pay their contractors or sales reps. It took them over two years to install a customer in Marin. They destroyed his kitchen and didn't deliver the battery he paid for on time. Word on the street is they are going bankrupt.

Once they have your money don't expect them to pick up or return your calls or emails. Very unprofessional.

After the install, company customer service absolutely terrible. I have had a roof leak that should be a very simple repair. Instead of fixing it, they are going back and forth with the subcontractors they hired. Finally got someone out, who then said it wasn't his job to fix that, then another person came out and pointed fingers at the last guy. He reluctantly got on the roof and made a half @$$ed repair. Now we have a good rain and the roof is leaking from the same spot worse than it was before. Called multiple times, nobody ever answers the phone and no returned calls. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
