Beware. This dude uses the trade of construction to CON people out of money and do no good work. If he does do work? It's done by workers he hires off the sidewalk of Home Depot and so the workmanship is horrible. His only goal is to extract as much money form you that he can, do his "show of force" of crap work to get even more money and then abandon the job and threaten you that you owe him money. Plus he's insecure AF so if you question him he blows up and gets in physical alterations with you and is just generally there most unprofessional contractor in the Sacramento area. I feel sorry for the poor saps he keeps scamming off of craigslist.

I had a multi-unit commercial building that I wanted to convert to residential units. With the Joe and Jamie's 60+ years of experience between them, they made this complex conversion remodel stress free. I believe it would be very difficult to find a construction team in the area that has the amount of experience and professionalism that they have. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new build or renovation project.
