I brought my one year old cat in for a urinary blockage. From intake everyone I spoke to was patient and explained everything in detail. I was provided with a summary of all costs before I agreed to have him admitted for treatment. I never felt rushed while I reviewed everything. They even told me I could come visit him during his time there. The doctors called me each day to provide updates which I appreciated. I felt like the quality of service was excellent. Although there was a significant cost to his care. I felt it was reasonable for his time there. I would recommend this center to anyone who is in need of emergency car for their fur babies.

Our 13 yr old terrier mix had an incident Sunday late that showed symptoms of stroke. While we stabilized at Pet ER, we gave her a day to begin eating without success. After discussing options with the Team at RHR Pet hospital, we brought her in for observation and IV fluids and Rxs. Upon pickup we were cautiously optimisticand when we put her down at home she walked a bit then actually began to EATfries at first then some milk bones, but definitely positive step forward. Shes eaten again this AM, had a BM and is drinking water. We cannot e press how appreciative we are for RHR pet hospitals help with our dear Abigail.

So accommodating. Got our dog in there really quickly and promptly saw him. Their urgent care prices were phenomenal. Everyone was positive and professional. Thank you

This is our second time bringing our dogs here and both times they have been so kind and informative. The most recent time, our puppy saw Dr. Dillon and she was very patient and explained what was going on and gave us multiple options to help make our puppy feel his best. The front desk staff are also very kind and patient. The cost of services is average compared to others in the area and its very helpful that they can see your pet asap unlike other vets/clinics in the area.

I took my dog in because he was very lethargic and his gums were very pale. They took him to the back right away which Im happy for but when it came down to Dr.Rodrguez telling us what my dog had and what needed to be done everything went downhill. She kept mentioning how the hospitalization was not going to be cheap. She told us that if we could not afford the hospitalization that we should put our dog down. We hospitalized him because we were desperate. She was not empathetic at all. All she kept mentioning was money and how treatments werent chesos she gave us no hope for our dog. We ended up going to Tijuana where the care was so so amazing and my dog is doing so much better. Do not go here! All they want is your money. They also make you feel stupid. Im only grateful they kept my dog alive because of the blood transfusion the got but other than that I did not like this hospital at all.
