Reliable, fast, and caring. I never write reviews but I had to after my experience with Rapid Towing. I was planning on having a good day which did not include my car breaking down on the 805 N. It was very scary. I called Rapid Towing and they picked up the phone quickly. The dispatcher was very calm and walked me through what to do and what to expect. They provided an accurate arrival time, and there within 25 min!!!! Id never used a towing company before and thought Id be paying an arm and a leg, but was surprised by how affordable everything turned out to be. Hopefully I dont have any other car issues, but if I do, Ill definitely be using rapid towing.

Overpriced. They charge an arm and a leg compared to other towing companies. Double the amount. They charged over 200 just for a 2mi. tow that was literally within 10 mins. Other companies are charging half of that.
