I called AAA @AAASoCal and they sent Tonys Auto Center. The driver didnt give me a receipt for the cash payment for extra miles and they didnt put the tow hook cover back when they dropped it off at the auto repair shop.
You dont think that your car will be missing parts after its towed. I guess Tonys must be collecting them.

This place rips you off and you can tell they are doing illegal stuff. Very rude and when I asked for the person's name who was above them they told me they couldn't give me that information. I asked for the guys name who was being rude and he said his name was David. You can tell he gave me a false name. They Scam you. Even though my mom picked up her car the same day they received it they charged her $1,265.00. We will definitely be reporting them. They really think that they can get away with this. THEY SEEM LIKE THEY ARE SICK IN THE HEAD.

Just very rude an unprofessional. Shame on you AAA. Tony's was sent to help with my battery issue and they couldn't even do that the first truck failed then they sent another one failed and the mobile mechanic I use came the next morning and within 5 minutes my vehicle was running. That's baffling a sad case of incompetence beyond words. AAA has sent many contracted companies to my aide throughout the years. This is by far the utmost worst!!

This whole company is very unprofessional, very rude and I will never allow them to tow my car again. Do not trust them they steal thing from your car.
