We regret having to give this business just 2 stars. Tom Ordel did our taxes in 2019 and  2020 and we were very pleased. Unfortunately, the follow-up for the taxes for 2021 have been very disappointing. We are owed a federal refund (over $4,000) and still have not received it. We understand that the IRS is very slow with processing tax refunds this year, however, our complaint is more with the manner the office has handled this. I have contacted the office numerous times, both by email and phone in April, May, July, August, September, and October. We did not receive any responses to the emails and had brief telephone conversations that stated that the IRS has not yet been contacted. We are still waiting to hear that this office has done what they told us would be done, which is contact the IRS and inform us of the outcome of this call.
