        Walked in and was not greeted just heard the two female employees gossiping in the back, they were not busy. Sat and waited patiently for an old lady with long black hair to finally come out and just proceed to be the most rude and unprofessional tax preparer ever so I just had to thank her and walk out. I had a previous 10/10 experience in 2019 but sad to say I just wont be coming back. I wanted it to be my go to place, frustrating experience to say the least. I don't recommend this location.
