Nice facilities. Restroom is clean. Staff very friendly.
Location just lacks parking. Something to think about. Just get to your appointment a bit early.

I am a Kaiser patient but had a colonscopy at this facility with a Kaiser doctor. I read the reviews posted on this site previous to my appointment and was concerned. However, I found EVERYONE I came in contact with was caring and very helpful. Everyone there was a professional and I greatly appreciate their help will all my questions. Yes, I would recommend this facility.

I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Patel. It was about as pleasant of an experience as a colonoscopy can be. Everyone I interacted with - the receptionists, the nurses, and Dr. Patel - were very kind and efficient, and the facility was clean. I felt that I was in very good hands.

My daughter had an extremely painful experience. She was crying the whole time and all they were telling her was to breathe. They should've stopped the procedure until they gave her more medicine and made her more comfortable. NEVER go to this place. I will be reporting them to our main provider.
