Buying a house can be a scary decision, but not investing can be even scarier. I want to thank and recognize my realtor Crystal Contreras for being so understanding and looking out for me during my selling and purchase journey. As a disabled veteran the stress level was high, however Crystal's experience and guidance was key to continue the process. In 2017 I purchased my first property with her which was a studio. In 2021 I was able to sell the studio and use all the equity it had gained and I was able to purchase a house in a very competitive market. Crystal and her team were able to negotiate and get our offer accepted on a multiple offer situation. I can't think of a better person to have taken this journey with. Highly recommend!

Crystal is an amazing real estate agent, she helped us with our first home purchase, start to end! Wow! Just wow! We purchased and also sold a property with Alyssa Davies! She has been in the business for many years and it shows she is extremely knowledgeable in everything that has to do with real estate. I felt truly as though she had our best interest completely. It was a great experience working with Mrs. Sonia. At first the process was a bit too fast for me especially being a fort time home buyer. On the other hand she took her time, made herself available to guide me when I got overwhelmed and explained things thoroughly. Cant wait to buy another.
