The workers do NOT communicate at all. Never return phone calls and now they lowered our benefits "because we didn't submit it on time". I turn everything I need to when I need to. Then we I do call I keep getting transferred around and waiting more & more. "If you are not yet receiving full benefit amount you will receive them due to COVID". .......... nothing!

Why does the benefits packet ask if you can help assist someone in the interview process(authorized representative) and then during the interview the worker is rude and says they will get the form, never does and then asks you to leave? Are the workers aware of whats written on their own packets or just to lazy to fill out more forms? Regardless, message to supervisor, if your understaffed its understandable just respect individuals request from whats written on your own forms.

Had a 2:00 appointment. It is now 3:30 and they haven't told us anything. This office is notorious for having late appointments but heaven forbid you show up a minute late. They will put you on a list and may tell you to come back the next day (just to be there until closing to see a case worker. If not told to come back the next day). The front people cannot look up who you have an appointment with. All they are being paid to basically do is give you a number and talk to each other. If this makes you late for an appointment and you get stuck sitting around for the day and the following day? Even better. They run on the hope that you won't have transportation to come back. This place is run terribly and they have no respect or care. Even worse if you have a disability.
