Pro Event Sales by Norma Becerra

So this is hard to really judge, as I have to take my part as well. But, we booked Norma last year for a tent. A 20x30 for $250 This year we wanted the same tent. Everything was confirmed. My MIL called, and Norma (who speaks little to no English) said to text. We wrote out a text, and WE put the wrong tent size after a brief convo with Norma (this is where I take my part) I should have realized and asked for another confirmation. In a mind error we sent the wrong tent. Norma charged us the full $250 and did not correct us ,as I believe a good business owner would have, Her guys came and set up, again no English. The tent was dirty and scratching my concrete. Then they tied the sides to my gazebo and fence. (Hello safety hazard) In me not being able to communicate, I had my MIL call, Norma then hung up on her and said we paid for a 10x20 (Wrong we paid for a 20x30, she just took out money without being a good person and letting us know after already confirming a 20x30 previously) Norma only agreed to refund half, at this point we did not care as the tent looked truly looked terrible. Her guys came and got it, I had to have a translator come, who knew nothing. Please do not book. They will be shady. It takes nothing to be a good person! (Pictures for reference)

FATAL communication, don't waste your time! I communicated with Norma on WhatsApp and once I saw her in person, it was difficult for me to go to her place just to ask something about my work schedule and it became easy for me to communicate with her on WhatsApp since I have never had any problems communicating. via WhatsApp, I made it very clear to her what I wanted and I showed her a photo of what I wanted and I even have the messages where she is confirming that just like the photo my event is in a week and she wanted to change it saying that she didn't She said that I was confused when she was the one who was confused, that's how it was with her! It seemed bad on her part that because of some confusion on her part she behaved that way towards me, I don't know how she didn't expect me to be upset when there's a week left for my event and she comes out with that!! What happened is that he didn't want to accept his mistake and wanted to charge me more! The only good thing is that I get my deposit back! Good for wanting to charge me in full a week before my event when she NEVER told me that!!! She NEVER told me anything so it seemed strange to me that she didn't have any communication and I decided to communicate with her again! He never told me when the tent was delivered, whether a day before or the day NOTHING!!
