Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have been going to this firestone for a while and they have always been nice and did what I thought was a good job. My car started to say that it had some "problems " and a bunch of lights were coming on. I took my car to the dealership and please explain to me how did they forgot to connect a bunch of wires!! So apparently whoever worked on my car last time I was there forgot to plug everything together and now I am out of $220 dollars that I had to pay to the dealership so they could connect everything back how it was supposed to be!!! Because they did not do their job correctly!!

Came in for a break service and the process was pretty straightforward; they gave me the options of what I wanted to do to keep it within my budget and worked fine. Parts and labor was about the same that I wouldve paid at other shops just for the labor. The team was friendly and they knew what they were doing.
