I was referred here by my primary Dr. However I had the worst experience. My partner and I had been informed that we would be seen sooner since i had two recent visits to ER regarding severe uncontrolled symptoms. We were told i would have my ultrasound done and they would be able to tell me how far along. I was seen in a hallway for vital signs made to pee in a blue water cup with my name written with a sharpie in the front desk they had to ask me personal questions while others peed next to me and walked in an out of the bathroom. Dr Chac came in and saw me for 5 minutes. I mentioned i had some symtoms an offered to show him pictures as well of how bad it got he dismissed me and said your completely fine. I also mentioned other health concern and he responded let the pregnancy grow i will see you next month when i asked about my ultrasound he mentioned my insurance would not cover it at this stage of pregnancy. He then led me and my partner out of the room to schedule apt. At that time i was informed they do-not perform ultrasounds and you have to go outside to a diff location once they receive their results they can discuss with you and compare Dr Changs ultrasound with the outside ultrasound by now i was confused. So Dr change perform a ultrasound after you get one outside done? Then compares? The same applies for lab work. I then asked will all my ultrasounds be referred out and they said yes and no. To which i felt something was wrong. One of the front lady's got frustrated with my questions and said thats how we do things around here. The Dr did not answer all my questions and rushed my visit dismissed all my concerns as a first time mother. Ignored my health history. If the clinic reads this save your apologize and don't respond truly means nothing even if your boss tells you to respond cristina i noticed you signed your name on many replies like mine and i don't know you but save it! I felt compelled to write my experience after it matched other women. Hopefully no-one has to go through this i will be reporting to everyone including medical board. EDIT: They are in denial and Cristina needs to be let go if she could do her job as well as she replies to all these feedback maybe she would know what her staff is telling new patients over the phone. I went ahead and visited a second obgyn and guess what? I got an ultra sound and my blood work done in one place! If you dare go here and get gas lit by Cristina and her Dr Chan chac chad char chor chung chim . Whatever the heck for terrible service!

I highly do not recommend this clinic from my point of view. Some people may have loved it but I had a horrific experience and dont want anyone else to have this experience. My first appointment I waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen for 5 minutes to be told I needed bloodwork and a referring ultrasound to confirm how far along I was. First off they have you pee in tiny cups that arent even sterile, and they dont have blood collecting abilities so everything is referred out which they didnt make known when scheduling my first appointment or else I would not have picked this facility as that is very inconvenient for someone with a busy schedule. They take your vitals in an open area next to the rooms and bathrooms, and whereve everyone can hear and doesnt seem private at all. The Doctor made me feel like my concerns were not valid and basically pushed past them and seemed in a rush , I didnt feel that I was properly taken care of at all. Before my second appointment I had called the front desk and let them know I was unable to go to the lab as they are only open from 7-3 everyday and I work from 6:30-6 and unfortunately I cant leave work as I also work at a veterinary clinic and the front desk was very rude and got an attitude and said well it kinda needs to be done. I said I know Im sorry Im trying and she huffed and said well let me talk to him I guess and then came back and said the doctor said it was fine hell just want to see you a week after getting labs , and I let them know that was fine. I went into my second appointment at 13 weeks along and when I went into the room he said lets look at your labs and I let him know I didnt get them done and he seemed frustrated which I understand those were important to have but then tells me there was no record of my phone call ever!?! So why get frustrated with me when your staff asked you and you said it was fine but they failed to put any notes in !? Seems disorganized, he never knew what I was coming in for and didnt seem prepared , I understand having a lot of patients and you cant remember everything about everyone but looking at a patients chart before going into the room is very important and makes you seem more caring and organized as to where he seemed cold and distant towards me and my child. Now mind you I am a vet tech and I remember 90 percent of the 20 patients i see a day and their owners and am able to create a great relationship when you actually try yo get to know your clients. How am I supposed to trust someone to deliver my child and take care of me if they dont even know why Im in that day? Well next appointment I come in after my bloodwork and unfortunately our daughter no longer had a heartbeat, Im not even kidding you before I could even put my pants on the nurse comes in and goes dont worry your young youll have another while giggling. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!??? Saying that to someone who was vulnerable and lost their own daughter seemed like a good idea to you!?? I also understand they dont get have a lab and take the blood there but if he had call backs on his patients then maybe he would have known my HCG decreased a week prior to my ultrasound and my daughter was just dead for a week with me not knowing anything was wrong. This was my first pregnancy and honestly the whole situation has me mortified and panicked that other providers will be the same. I will not be returning to this provider and everyone is free to make their own opinions, maybe not all will have the same opinion as me but honestly I would not recommend this clinic. EDIT : it was not an early pregnancy lost i was in my second trimester . I find it freaking insane and hilarious that you just repeated what I said in my comment but never once apologized for your staffs behavior and what your nurse said to me after losing my daughter or even make a sense is trying to improve the clinic. I will be reporting this clinic and recommending they no longer refer military wives here especially.

If you have Medi-Cal, AVOID THIS DOC. No wait just avoid him at all. I was already really frustrated when I came to him with a situation that could be life threatening long term and needed a surgery to help reduce concerns (my first OBGYN was uncommunicative, my second left her practice and he was my third). When i went into the office, they told me i had to pay a copay. That's NOT allowed when you have Medi-Cal but i paid it just because this was more serious than $20. I wait for 45 min while people who come in after me, go in first. Finally get put in a waiting room. I know the woman before me had a yeast infection. How do i know? Because he is talking so loud, i could hear him giving her advice through the walls. Finally gets to me. I'm sure everyone heard my situation so that's great. Cool let's schedule you for surgery. A few days later his office calls and says i have to pay a $1000 deductible for the surgery. I tell them that's incorrect because it's legitimately ILLEGAL to bill you when you have Medi-Cal. I then spend the next few days going back and forth between their office, Medi-Cal, my primary insurance through work (Aetna, long story as to why i had both) and my primary insurance medical group. All my insurance companies told me to tell Dr. Chac's office to not bill me and contact them. Instead...DR CHACS OFFICE CANCELLED MY PROCEDURE AND REFUSED TO PERFORM THIS SURGERY TO PREVENT A LIFE THREATENING ISSUE. OVER $1000 THAT THEY WERE ILLEGALLY BILLING. The absolute audacity to refuse a patient care is DISGUSTING. But wait it gets worse. I file a complaint to Medi-Cal. They call his office to get their side. AND THEY MF LIED AND SAID THEY NEVER BILLED ME. Do you think if i was scared about my issue and was on my third OBGYN that i would make this up and cause myself more issues?? AND YYYYOOOUUU WERE THE ONES THAT CANCELLED THE PROCEDURE ON ME. THE ABSOLUTE DISGUST OF THEM TO ACCUSE ME OF LYING, YOU DESPICABLE PEOPLE. Seriously NEVER go here, EVER.

"Ritmo",There is no "Dr. Chang" that works at our office. My name is Cristina, I am the office manager, and there won't be an apology here, just information for you. In looking at your chart, Dr. Chac spent 17 minutes with your visit, not "5 minutes". It is not in his nature to "dismiss all" your concerns. It's one of the reasons our visits are so long and there are complaints of wait times. He answers all patient's questions, often times too many. He also took a full health history on you as he does with every new patient, as documented in the chart. Your statements, are categorically false.Whether or not you get an ultrasound on your first visit depends on your gestational age (how far along you are). When you're early, an ultrasound is ordered with radiology first, and when you return another one will be done in the office with the doctor. The "comparison" between the two is to see whether or not there is proper growth. You were never promised beforehand that an ultrasound would be done. Our staff would never do that, as ultrasounds are determined by the doctor. Blood work is done at the laboratory throughout the pregnancy. You will rarely find a doctor that escorts you from your room to the front desk, to help you make a follow up appointment. We wish you the best of luck finding another OB/GYN office. -CristinaOffice Manager who you will never meet.

Ms. Minic. In reviewing your chart. Dr. Chac saw you 8 days prior to your last visit. You were initially given laboratory and ultrasound orders more than a month from your initial visit. The doctor needs ultrasounds and laboratory results in order to properly direct your care. We accommodated your inconvenience and fit you into our schedule the week following your completion of your studies. This is routine that all patients needs to complete their labs and ultrasounds. We apologize for your outcome. Early pregnancy losses are often random and outside anyone's control. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.-CristinaOffice Manager

Ms. Hester. Your complaint with Medi-Cal has been dismissed. Having two insurances can sometimes be an issue when getting authorization with the hospital for surgeries. None the less we had you scheduled, it's unfortunate that you did not follow up. We hope that you can get help from your first OBGYN who was uncommunicative, your second that left your care and hopefully a 4th doctor who will accept your two insurances.-CristinaOffice Manager
