Khatera is the best in the business, hands down. She really takes the time to get to know you as a client and as a person, which allows her the able to find the perfect home to fit your specific needs! She's also a super strong negotiator, she will work with you to make sure she advocates for all of your needs during the process...She makes the process so easy! I bought my first home with Khatera 10 years ago, and I just closed on my second home with her...I would not think of using anyone else for my realtor needs, she truely is a gem!
