        Rude and slow. Whats the point of online ordering if you hide the orders in the back and make people wait for 10 min while you make in-person orders. Just hand me my food it takes 5 seconds. And why do I have to read my entire phone number to pick up food when obviously its mine if I know the name? And its the only order there? otay lakes location could run circles around you heauxs
