I visited a location in Chula Vista California thinking I could get in stand by. My doctor told me I could just show up to any location and they would be able to take my blood work. I was fasting from the previous day and showed up at 10am. There were 5 people in the standby line and 15 people scheduled with only 2 nurses taking patients. As I was waiting for over an hour, I realized they were not calling any of the standby patients, I went on the quest website and made an appointment for the next available time which was at a different location at 1:40 pm. I show up to the new location 15 min before minutes before my appointment and once again there were only 2 nurses helping patients and 13 people ahead of me with appointments. I wasn't able to be seen until 35 min after my scheduled appointment at 3:15. There is clearly something wrong with how Quest is scheduling patients and nurses as both locations were understaffed and over booked. My experience was horrible and will avoid using Quest whenever possible
