The countertops that SMG created for my kitchen are beyond expectations! Lilliana, who owns SMG with her husband Lorenzo, treated me as if I were a family member. She drove from her location in Chula Vista all the way to Mira Mesa to meet me at Brazilian Granite to review the slab of stone I had chosen, and to show me possible ways of fabricating it. It was clear that Lilliana approaches this like an artist, and truly cares that her customers will be happy with the final custom design. After the templates were made, I met with her again at SMG to go over the layout of the templates on the actual stone. She took a full hour of her time as we tried many different possibilities for laying out the templates on the stone until we found the very BEST way to create the most beautiful design. I was amazed that she spent that much time on my countertops because my job was a small one. But she treated me and the job as if I were one of her high end Rancho Santa Fe Customers. I'm sure she treats everyone this way. The quality, the care, the time and the detail were just amazing. And the final custom design is perfection!
