I ordered a holster 3 months ago. I received an update that it needed to be manufactured. Which I was fine with. I have been an Aker customer for many years and always looked to them first when I needed gear. The holster arrived after a month and it was for the wrong model of firearm. Being the exact same holster I had purchased previously for a revolver with a hammer. I contacted customer service who told me the proper holster would be manufactured and it would be sent with a return label for the one I received in error. Which I was okay with, situation not exactly ideal. But certainly workable. I had enough faith in the company that they would make this right. So I waited 2 months and still nothing. On 5/13/23 I sent a follow up email asking about timelines and some correspondence in regard to this issue because I had received no updates and had not been informed whether my holster was actually being manufactured or not. I had not received a response by today 5/17/23 and called and spoke with customer service. The representative was kind and helpful. however, I was informed that the holster I received in error needed to be sent back first before they could move forward with replacing it. Had I been aware of this at the time, I would have gladly obliged. But it has been 3 months. Frankly, I feel as though my good will has expired by now. A simple email follow up asking me if I was sending the holster back would have been sufficient in order to move the process along. However I received zero communication and waited for a holster that was never going to arrive. I have spent 1000s of dollars with this company over the course of my career, buying holsters, assembling rigs, and have been a huge supporter of them. Buying them for friends, relatives, new coworkers. And frequently recommending them to peers that despite the costs. These products were worth every penny. I have had the wrong holster for months and have been unable to carry my preferred firearm as a result of this. And that I cannot abide. I will be returning the holster, and taking my business elsewhere. In my career trust is everything. And I can no longer trust the folks at Aker Leather,

Ordered holster back in November was told it would be here before Christmas charge my credit card have not received holster customer service is pretty much non-existent when you call you get an automated answering service and you can't leave a message because it's full terrible All right so the company reached out to me and pretty much made up for the experience that I had they took very good care of me and as far as I'm concerned very good company the way they handled it so that's why I changed my one star to a five star that's the way company should handle issues like this received my holster and works very good very good product customer service was awesome.

When a Company doesn't even have a Live Person to answer your calls, it shows how very little they care about Customer Service.
