Rapid repair Lawnmower

Took my lawmmower over a month ago to get repaired. Now he doesn't even answer the phone. Worst experience ever. He still has my lawnmower.

Worts service I ever had ... Brought my lawnmower in on a Tuesday mid day ,was promised it would be ready that same afternoon...called late that evening saying he lost a part for the Carburator,..said he would get the part the next day and fix it ...did not happen...not even a call..called on Thursday several times no answer...stoped by to pick up on Thursday to find out what was the story ..Got met with can I help you ..forgot who I was ...mentioned I tried calling several times to the home number he gave me because his advertised cell number is not on service,forgot he gave me that number..he did not want to hear my complaint about lack of communication...decided to take my lawn mower back that instant ..Do not subject yourself to an individual with attitude,no word and lacking professionalism./M

"RAPID" is an understatement! I took the mower in at about 4 PM and my son picked it up at 5:30! Works like new! Richard is a nice guy who doesn't always answer the phone because he is BUSY! Keep trying.

I dropped off my leaf blower to him in April, it is now June 13th and he blocked my calls. He is no longer responding to me. Every time I would follow up with him to ask for the status of the blower according to when he told me it would be ready, he kept telling me he needed more parts or needed more time. 2 months is a bit excessive and now to not even answer my calls or messages makes this concerning. If he couldn't fix it that is fine but it would be nice to at least get my leaf blower back. This would be considered theft.
