Where do I begin...not only is she a childhood friend but also a loyal friend. Tanya did not sugar coat anything, straight forward to the point and oh boy did she get the job done. Sold our home the very next day it was listed. Negotiated every single detail and the best part we were able to sell way over asking price. No question was left unanswered. Tanya is THE ONE you want to work with, be it selling or buying. She does her homework and comes prepared, truly listens, and puts her words into action. She was a joy to work with and so professional. She is trustworthy and cares about her client, as shown repeatedly with us. Selling our custom built home was a tough decision, yet with Tanya on our side to navigate the process, it was do-able and worth it. She was always there for us. Highly recommend Tanya and her team. I would highly recommend Tanya for anyone in need of a real estate agent! She truly was very professional, understandable, trust worthy, open and honest throughout the entire process. Tanya and her assistant, Raniella, were amazing. As a first time homebuyer, i had lots of questions and they were patient and answered all my questions. Tanya Rios AKA ROCKSTAR MIRACLE WORKER is beyond the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with a previous realtor in the area and being disappointed, we felt so lucky to find Tanya Rios ! She was always available at our finger tips for any questions we had. Oh and most important as first time home owners we had millions of questions. She was very kind, patient and knowledgeable in her responses. We got the dream home we wanted with a big spacious yard for the dogs and the place came with all appliances you need.
