        I came to this t-mobile to pay my bill. I was in shocked, to hear, that to come in and make a cash- payment on your monthly payment bill, there's a $5.00 fee charged for paying cash only! WTH! I Never heard something like this. To make a payment in cash, [t-mobile]they will charge you a fee for paying your bill with cash! This took affect 6 months ago. Why t-mobile hasn't mentioned this to all customer's? No signs. Nothing saying about this. Am I the only customer who is in shocked about this. I been with t-mobile since 2004. Never heard of this. Very disappointing and not being fare to customers at all. T-mobile is getting shady! I'm not a happy customer's at all.

        Came in at 1030 am they told me waiting time it's 40 minutes they call me at 1pm only 2 people in the floor 4 staff in the back won't come out to help the customers horrible experience lots off people walk away horrible experience

        Upgraded our three phones u see the Go5G Military Plan. The sakes rep, Arvin, left us in the middle of transferring our data to our new phones. Did not even thank us for the business, but high-fived his co-workers on his sales. . Pricing was not even negotiable. No discounts. The only guy who really helped us was Martin. He waited while we completed our data transfer. He was professional and patient.
