I have had insurance with this agency for about 20 years. The owner changed but the quality of customer service didnt. I highly recommend this farmers agency. If anyone has left a bad review, dont believe it!

Lili helped me get several policies setup over a year ago... She's very knowledgeable, identified gaps in my old coverage, and is always available to answer questions and help with anything that comes up. I highly recommend her!

Im very disappointed with this place. On Apr,12 2023 I called this place and Michelle answered my call and I asked Michelle if I could get a quote, my English its not that great so, first thing she asked if I have called others companies and I said yes, and she asked me which ones? I said What does that have to do with what I asked? she respond to me saying, and I quote because we are very expensive and she refused to give me a quote. So I asked her if I could talk to someone else there and she said that there was only her at that time so I just hang up the phone. The way she spoke to me was racist, rude and unprofessional! So, for those Latinos out there or people with accent whos looking for a car insurance go elsewhere if you dont want to be treated this way.
