It was decent till I asked to cancel my membership due moving. I went in person at first but they told me online, I went online and sent an email but no response. I called the Chula Vista location and they gave me the same email to contact. Also no response three months later, I contacted the same email and finally they responded by sending me a link where they want me to print then sign then take picture to send back via email. I have no access to printer and also why they didn't accept doing it in person since it involves printing and signing? I'm going to contact my bank to report them and prevent them from charging me the annual fee since I stopped going to either location. Very bad experience and definitely not recommended. Not talking about the imperial Beach location where the smell in the locker room is always awful and imagine a gym does not have water to drink but to sell you for $3 a bottle.. I wasted my $300 joining this mess.

This has got to be one of the best gyms I have joined! Gym is always clean and machines ready to use, they got the friendliest staff as well. When I first walked in I didnt know what to expect from this club, immediately I was greeted by Sergio Bonilla who gave me a quick tour of the facility. He answered any and all questions I had about the gym, also offered great rates for his training he has helped me to stay on track with my fitness goal and even on days when I dont train with him, he always gives me suggestions on new workouts to try out! Hell walk you through it and show you how to properly do the exercises to avoid injuries. Definitely one of the best gyms out there!

I joined Ultimate Fitness 3 months ago. The overall atmosphere of the gym is great. There is plenty of space, machines and weights. All clean and in proper working condition. I had been to other gyms before over the years and would begin motivated but ended up not going back only after a few weeks. I realized I needed a personal trainer that would be able to get me on the right track and set me up with a tailored work out program to meet my lifestyle and fitness goals. I couldnt be more satisfied with Houston as my PT. His professionalism, knowledge of the art and dedication was evident since day one. His positive attitude and enthusiasm has made each session enjoyable. Ive seen significant progress in my strength, endurance and overall fitness. I owe it to his focus on proper nutrition and making sure I worked on the foundations and correct lifting techniques before I significantly increased the weights. My confidence in moving around the gym and knowing what Im actually doing is night and day from when I started. I now look forward to making it to the gym and appreciate all the benefits that come with that.

Ultimate fitness is the best gym in Chula Vista. They have outstanding customer service and friendly staff. Houston has changed my life completely. I went from being constantly tired at 180 Lbs to now a healthy 22 year old maintaining a healthy lifestyle at 150lbs. I can not thank Houston enough. I will never look at fitness the same. I have learned and grown a lot here. I recommend this gym highly! Thank you Houston.
