        I've been training for quite a while at this gym. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've made! I had given MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, & Muay Thai kickboxing a try & instantly fell in love! And now I have been training here for over 3 years! im very confident in my self-defense, and have done extremely well in competing in BJJ tournaments! All of the instructors here have been a big postive influence in my life; on & off the mat! Love this gym!
