Yesterday I called to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone told me that he was going to check the eligibility and then he would call back and he didn't. The next day, which is today, I dialed to find out what had happened and they didn't answer me, what a shame. The staff and the doctor are very good. She always saw my 2 children when they were children. Now I want to see her and I don't think she will go since they don't answer the phone and they know it's me!!

Im done to many bad exsperence es . Latest had bad tooth to be extracted brought a release personally from the dentist they made me come back for an exam still rejected stoped the extraction. Dont think I seen Dr Cepin twice. Was just telling them just this month I couldn't say any good things they have done without big hassle. Not happy

Dont make any appointments at this clinic, the entire staff is giving very poor service to the patients, the Manager of this clinic is very rude and unprofessional, the doctors are not real doctors, they are nurses practitioners, and students they dont give medicine for the infection and they dont give medicine for the pain and if you constantly return for the same illness or because you didnt get better they deny you an appointment to see the doctor again because they said according to what the manager of the place and Dr. Cepin say, you can go only 1 or 2 times a year and they get angry if you return , they are nurses practitioners and students they dont have doctors experience and the womens at the front desk they have very bad attitude they are so rude they are not professional look like they hate the patients and if you go and make a complaint about the staff and the manager to the Dr Cepin she gets angry of you and defends them and tells you dont come back because the manager of the place she is cousin of the Dr Cepin for this reason the Dr Cepin protect the manager of the place, and for the same reason the manager is so rudeif you value your health dont go to this rude clinic because you going to leave with a headache from the bad attitude of the entire staff.. TO THOSE WHO WORK IN THIS CLINIC, IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT..!!!!!! Bad attitude!!!!! The government should close this clinic due to mistreatment and bad practices, Dr. Cepin's license should be questionable since she doesnt have the capacity or professionalism of a doctor.
