Responsive and exceptionally knowledgeable. Friday night I close my garage door and hear a loud noise. I think great, perfect timing. But I went on google and found Tip Top who had great reviews. Joel came out right away, fixed everything, knew exactly what he was doing. My door had been failing for sometime which I did not know and it needed lots of screws tightened, oiling and cleaning, light bulbs replaced and he did it all. I've been wanting a keypad and he was able to install one
