Ive been going to Mondragon Jr for about 8 yrs. I had an appointment with Doc Mondragon Jr. @ 10 am today 3/38/24. I showed up at 945am and checked in. I was on my phone and next thing I look up and it was 1040am. Its not the first time he's been late but not THIS late.I asked the front desk where doc was and they said that he hadn't shown up yet and they didn't know anything else. No apologies that he was running late. No communication. I asked for a refund of my deductible and informed the front desk that I was done with the doc and I wouldn't be returning. It is now 5pm and still no call to apologize or to let me know what happened.

Dr Mondragon has been very pleasant to work with. He always listens to my concerns, gives me good feedback and advice, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is up to date. His staff has always been very nice as well. Offices are clean and new, everything is modern. Highly recommended! RG

I been calling to schedule an appt since a week before , leaving voicemails and no one returns my calls. Really awful patient serviced

He seems always in a hurry, i believe the longest consultation was maybe 5 min. Does not listen to your concerns and send wrong referrals. My experience so far is a bad one. Looking to change provider
