Dr. Pham has a warm, friendly manner. She is very calm and reassuring, and involves you in decisions about what works for you with corrective lenses. She was able to fit my sister and I in for eye exams after perfume ruined my contacts in my suitcase and my sister needed a refill while we were in from out of town. She explained the process clearly, and even advocated for my sister with her vision insurance. She went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. We had such an excellent experience in Dr. Pham's office!

Rose Optometry delivered one of the best eye exams I have had and this is coming from someone who has worn glasses since they were 5 years old. Being new to the Chula Vista area, I did not have an optometrist so I picked the one closest to me. And with online scheduling, I was able to easily schedule my appointment and fill out my paperwork before my appointment, which was such a time saver. Rose Optometry is located inside a Walmart. Just walk through the main doors and look for the Vision Center to find the office. The optometrist, Dr. Pham is so sweet, pleasant, and best of all made me feel comfortable going to a doctor office during COVID. Dr. Pham did a fantastic job explaining the tests she was going to do and the reasoning behind them. Even though her website explained dilation and what to expect, I was pleased that she took her time to talk to me about it again. Dr. Pham did a thoroughexam and I am so happy to have found my go-to optometrist. I highly recommend getting your glasses and/or contact prescription from Dr. Pham, as well as having her check the health of your eyes.
